JOB TITLE: COOK

Responsibilities:

– Ensure ingredients and final products are fresh

– Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients

– Boil, bake, grill and steam meats, vegetables, fish, poultry and other food

– Present, garnish and arrange final dishes

– Maintain a clean and safe work area

– Maintain food Safety and sanitation standards

Qualifications:

– COSC plus 2 years experience in a similar role

Competencies Required:

– Culinary expertise

– Business Acumen

– Attention to details

– Team Work
