Reports to: Supervisor
Roles and responsibilities
• Operates daily preparations of the kitchen
• Assists in the kitchen with food preparation during shifts
• Ensures that appropriate standards of hygiene are adhered according to the laws of Lesotho
• Knowledge of cooking and preparing of A’ la Carte’ and Buffet meals
Minimum requirements
• 2+ years of experience in a similar position
• Ability to cook in large scale for groups of 100 – 200
• Certificate of Diploma Culinary Arts or equivalent will be added advantage
