Key Responsibilities
• Food preparation and cooking accurately following the resort’s menu, recipes, quality, and presentation standards
• Mise en place: prepping, measuring, chopping, and mixing ingredients prior to service
• Maintaining food quality standards
• Kitchen cleanliness
• Assisting the senior chefs as required
Minimum Requirements
• Culinary certificate advantageous
• Minimum 1 year cooking experience
• Must be able to take instructions well
• Passion for food and hospitality
• Ability to work shifts
