• Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts from a recognised institution
• Valid Food Handling Certificate
• At least one year of experience working in a kitchen or food preparation environment
• Ability to prepare a variety of meals, including daily specials
• Good knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safe food practices
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time well
• Willingness to maintain cleanliness and assist with stock control
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
