Epiq is recruiting an admitted attorney with immediate availability located anywhere in the US for part-time remote review of Technology Contracts, global sourcing agreements, SOW’s and MSA’s. Hour per week will vary, and some weeks there will not be hours available.

- Anticipated start date: as soon as possible
- Estimated duration: 6-8 weeks

- Pay rate: $40-$50 per hour based on experience
Qualifications:
- JD/LLM required
- BAR: Any U.S. Jurisdiction (Must be active and in good standing)
- Prior experience reviewing Technology Contracts, global sourcing agreements, SOW’s and MSA’s
