Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 15 years of working experience
Duties
• Must have experience in road works and in FIDIC Contracts
• Determine and implement any procedural or contractual modifications needed as a result of legislative changes
• Analyze requests for proposals from general policy, business, financial, contractual, and risks perspectives
• Review non-standard terms and conditions to provide risks assessment
• Manage the construction program to the plan and deliver on the timeline, safety, quality, and financial targets as per the agreed plan and financial targets
