Department: Contracts and Grants

Reports To: Contracts and Grants Manager

Job Summary (Here you highlight the responsibilities expected to be performed

Under the supervision of Contracts and Grants Manager, the C&G Intern will be responsible assisting the department to effectively comply with organization policies and procedures, donor rules and regulations, country laws and Sub Agreement terms and conditions.

Roles and Responsibilities

·       Be responsible to assist in reviewing monthly financial reports

·       Maintain and follow-up audit issues through audit matrix

·       Assist in subs property management in collaboration with Administration and Information Technology departments

·       Scan and upload voucher in SharePoint

·       Assist in conducting risk assessment for Subs

·       Assist in conducting compliance reviews for Subs

·       Participate in departmental meetings and assist in taking minutes

·       Assist with the creation of subs employment contracts database

·       Perform any other duties assigned to him/ her by the supervisor.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

·       Degree in University degree in relevant field of study (such as accounting or business).

·       Willing to work with international donor funded organization

·       Ability to be self-directed and self-motivated and a team player.

·       Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented.

·       Strong computer skills: Spreadsheets, internet, word processing, and email software.

·       Ability to edit and write clearly and concisely in a business environment.
