Assurance is growing quickly, and we need highly productive full-cycle recruiters to join our team. This role will be specifically focused on a 3-6 month project to recruit a high volume of candidates into a specific team and function. We’ll expect this person to be a highly self-sufficient, able to get a lot done with little direction. You should feel excited and strive in hyper-growth environment, be eager to learn quickly, and have a mind that’s always seeking opportunities for efficiency.

This is a contract recruiting role, but our team is continuing to grow and will consider our contract partners for full-time opportunities as they become available.
Compensation for this role with be $18-24 per hour, with a $500 per hire bonus.
