Consulting Services for the Development of an Export Preparedness Training Programme
The Institute of Development Management (IDM) invites qualified consulting firms to submit proposals for the design and development of a comprehensive Export Preparedness Training Programme aimed at enhancing the capacity of local businesses and entrepreneurs to participate in international trade.
Scope of Work
- Conduct a needs assessment of Lesotho’s export readiness
- Design a tailored training curriculum and materials
- Deliver a Training of Trainers (ToT) for IDM staff
- Develop an implementation and sustainability plan
Expected Deliverables
- Inception and Needs Assessment Reports
- Full Training Curriculum and Learning Materials
- Trainer’s Guide and ToT Report
- Implementation Roadmap and Final Report
Duration
The assignment will be implemented over a period of nine (9) months from the date of contract signing.
Eligibility Criteria
- Proven experience in trade facilitation, export development, and capacity building
- Experience in curriculum design and working with MSMEs
- Multidisciplinary team including expertise in trade, finance, logistics, and learning design
- Experience in the SACU region will be an added advantage
