Assignment Overview
The National Drug Service Organization (NDSO) seeks to engage a qualified consultant or consulting firm to develop a comprehensive Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plan (DRBCP). The plan will cover key operational departments including:
- Information and Communication Technology (ICT)
- Procurement
- Finance
- Warehouse
- Quality Assurance
- Internal Audit
- Human Resources
The primary objective is to ensure continuity of critical operations and safeguard the organization against disruptions such as disasters, cyber incidents, power outages, and other unforeseen events.
Eligibility and Shortlisting Criteria
Interested consultants/firms must demonstrate the following:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in developing DRBCPs
- Proven expertise in ICT risk management, business impact analysis, and crisis response
- Experience with public health, supply chain, or regulatory organizations (advantageous)
- Professional certification in business continuity (e.g., CBCI, ISO 22301)
- Strong facilitation and report writing skills
- At least two (2) contactable references for similar work completed, including:

Selection will follow the Lesotho Public Procurement Act, 2023.
