Background
She Hive Association is a women-led organization committed to empowering survivors of Gender-Based Violence (GBV) through protection, rehabilitation, and economic empowerment initiatives. As part of its income-generating activities for women residing at the Shelter, the Association seeks to engage a qualified Consultant or Trainer to conduct a Sewing Training Program aimed at equipping survivors with practical tailoring and small-business skills.
Scope of Work
The selected consultant will be responsible for:
Designing and delivering a practical sewing and tailoring training program.
Providing basic entrepreneurship and business management guidance.
Supporting participants to produce sample garments/products and explore market opportunities.
The training will take place at the Shelter in Lesotho over an agreed period of time.
Qualifications
Interested individuals or organizations should possess the following:
Proven experience in sewing, tailoring, or fashion design training.
Demonstrated ability to work with women and vulnerable groups, especially GBV survivors.
Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of micro-enterprise development will be an added advantage.

1. A short expression of interest outlining their suitability for the assignment.
2. A brief technical overview or proposed training approach.
3. CV or company profile highlighting relevant experience.
4. References from similar work conducted.
5. A Business Identity and Trader’s Licence
6. A valid Tax Clearance
7. Certificate of Incorporation
