Consultant – Regional and national youth development reports

Fee: £455 per day

The Social Policy Development Section of the Commonwealth Secretariat is seeking a consultant to be contracted to complete phase 5 of the Youth Development Index 2020 project: Developing regional and national YDI reports.

The consultant(s) will be responsible for developing regional and national YDI reports, predominantly focused on providing technical support in developing national youth development indicator framework, gathering the data and producing a national report, which will include many of the key research and methodological guidelines using the global YDI processes.

To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to have a post-graduate degree in a relevant social sciences discipline, such as statistics, economics, social research. You will need to have 10+ years’ experience of working in a government or non-government organisation in a senior research capacity; experience of research trends in youth and social development, and experience of the national, regional and international youth development agenda.
