Request for Expression of Interest (REOI)
Engagement of an Individual Consultant for the Development of the NDSO Marketing and Stakeholder Engagement Strategy
The National Drug Service Organisation (NDSO), the Central Medical Store for the Ministry of Health, invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified and experienced Individual Consultants to develop a comprehensive Marketing and Stakeholder Engagement Strategy aligned with the NDSO Strategic Plan (2025–2028).
The assignment includes undertaking a situational analysis, stakeholder consultations, development of a Marketing and Stakeholder Engagement Strategy, preparation of a costed implementation plan, development of branding and communication tools, and conducting capacity-building workshops for NDSO staff.
Minimum Requirements
Interested consultants should possess:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s Degree is an added advantage).
- At least five (5) years’ relevant experience in marketing strategy development.
- Demonstrated experience in branding, communication strategy, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience in similar assignments, particularly within the public or health sector, will be an added advantage.

- Certified copies of educational certificates.
- At least three (3) contactable professional references.
