Title: Consultancy to Conduct eNPS Survey for RSL
Revenue Services Lesotho invites qualified and experienced suppliers/companies to submit proposals for the provision of consultancy services to conduct an Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) Survey. The proposed solution must enable RSL to effectively gauge employee satisfaction, engagement, and perceptions within the organization.
Eligibility Requirements
Interested bidders must meet the following minimum requirements:
• Proven track record in conducting similar surveys
• Valid license to provide consultancy services
• Certified copies of the following documents:
– Tax Clearance Certificate
– Company Registration License
– Shareholding Certificate
– Most recent annual financial statements
Note: Bids submitted without these documents will be disqualified.

Terms and Conditions
- Tender documents are available at a non-refundable fee of M500.00
- Prices quoted must be in Maloti/Rand and inclusive of all applicable taxes and duties
- Bids must be submitted by 22nd July 2025 at 12:00 PM
- Late submissions will not be accepted
- Only electronic submissions will be accepted
- All packaging and labelling requirements outlined in the RFP must be strictly followed
