About the Opportunity
German Sparkassenstiftung for International Cooperation (DSIK) Southern Africa invites experienced consultants or consulting teams with expertise in SME curriculum development, online learning and training of trainers to submit technical and financial proposals for Lot 2 of the Small Business Evolve (SBE) Programme.
The assignment will support the development and implementation of a comprehensive, modular business development curriculum across Zambia, Malawi and Namibia.
Scope of Work
The selected consultant or consulting team will be responsible for:
- Advising on and documenting the SBE framework evaluation workshop.
- Developing curriculum and training materials for all four SBE units.
- Supporting the development, testing and quality assurance of online learning courses.
- Developing and delivering training of trainers for programme facilitators.
Assignment Details
- Assignment Period: 16 November 2026 – 30 April 2027
- Submission Deadline: Friday, 13 November 2026 (End of Day)
- Required Submissions: Technical and financial proposals
