REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST CONSULTING SERVICES Assignment Title: Consultancy Services to Review and Develop Job Descriptions

Lerotholi Polytechnic (LP) is an institution of higher learning with the aim to improve performance of its employees and this can be achieved through integrating clear job descriptions to all operations undertaken by employees. It is against this that LP invites applications from qualified Local Consulting Firms to provide consultancy services for review and development of job descriptions. Among others, following activities shall be undertaken by Consultants:
❖ Perform a Job Analysis
❖ Establish the Essential Functions
❖ Organize collected data
❖ Formulate new job descriptions with clear job specifications
❖ Add the Disclaimer
❖ Finalize and submit report
Interested consulting firms should indicate their interest in providing the services by writing an Expression of Interest letter with the following details:
➢ Showing at least three (3) years of experience in similar or related work (Relevant past assignments related to the project and how long it took them to complete the project)
➢ Attach curriculum vitae of at least two (2) key personnel who will carry out the project ➢
Qualifications of the 2 key personnel who will be engaged
➢ Provide trading documents, certified at place of acquisition
Expressions of Interest must be delivered to: Procurement Manager, Lerotholi Polytechnic, P.O. Box 16, Maseru 100 / Physical Address: Lerotholi Polytechnic Campus, Moshoeshoe Road, Admin 2 block on or before Thursday 20th August, 2020 at 16:00hrs. On the basis of the above information, LP shall draw up the shortlist of Consultants. Only three (3) short-listed Consulting firms will be invited to submit technical and financial proposals.
LP reserves the right to accept or reject any Expression of Interest, and to an nul the selection process and reject all Expression at any time, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Consulting firms.
