The Ministry of Finance and Development Planning – Project Management Unit (PMU) wishes to inform all interested bidders of changes made to the Request for Proposal (RFP) document for the above-mentioned procurement.
These changes are detailed in this Addendum. The contents of the referenced RFP have been modified as outlined below. The original Request for Proposal document remains in full force and effect, except as modified by this Addendum.

3. Proposal Validity Period
The proposal validity period has been amended:
- Proposals shall be valid for 120 days instead of 90 days as stated in Section 18.

Deadline for Bid Submission:
Previously: 11 August 2026 at 10:00 hrs
