Background
The Government of Lesotho, through the Lesotho National Development Corporation (LNDC) in collaboration with the Maseru City Council (MCC), has reserved funds for the acquisition of Individual Consultancy Services for the design, pre‑contract services, and supervision of the Ha Clifford Vendors’ Market and Ka Sakeng Vendors’ Market projects.
LNDC hereby invites eligible Individual Consultants to submit sealed Expressions of Interest (EOIs) for the consultancy roles listed below.
Scope of Consultancy Services
EOIs are invited for the following seven (7) distinct consultancy roles:
- Lead Consultant (Architect & Project Manager)
- Quantity Surveyor
- Electrical Engineer
- Civil & Structural Engineer
- Health & Safety Specialist
- Environmental Specialist
- Land Surveyor
Eligibility and Required Documentation
(In accordance with Section 63 of the Lesotho Public Procurement Act, 2023)
Interested Individual Consultants must demonstrate eligibility, qualifications, and experience by submitting the following:
- Letter of Expression of Interest
- Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV) – maximum four (4) pages
- Academic and professional registration certificate(s) with relevant professional bodies
- Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
- List of similar assignments (size, value, and complexity) completed within the last ten (10) years, including client references
