CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF LEC BRAND MANUAL
Background
The Lesotho Electricity Company (LEC) is a private entity, wholly owned by the Government of Lesotho, registered in terms of the Companies Act of 1967. LEC is in the business of electricity transmission, distribution and supply throughout Lesotho. LEC has a customer base of approximately 220 000, which is divided in three segments; Domestic, Commercial and Industrial Consumers.
Objective:
LEC seeks to engage a qualified consulting firm to develop the brand manual. LEC brand manual will be a guiding tool in ensuring brand consistency, accuracy and coherency, in order to build and maintain the integrity of the brand.
Tendering companies should have the following documents
• Company Registration Certificate
• Tax Clearance Certificate
• Traders’ License
Credentials
LEC invites eligible and qualified consulting companies to submit their brief proposal as per the terms of reference. All bidders are expected to comply with tax obligations in Lesotho.
Collection and submission of documents
1. Proposals marked REF: LEC/PO-912/2019/20, bearing no identification of the Bidder must be submitted in the tender box located at LEC Management Office Block reception not later than 14:00hrs, on the 12 September, 2019 and they shall be opened on the same day immediately following closure.
2. All bids must be accompanied by a refundable bid security of M5, 000.00.
3. The Request for Proposals (RFP) is obtainable from LEC Procurement office starting from the 08th August, 2019.
4. A compulsory pre-bedding meeting will be held at LEC Training Centre on the 22nd August 2019, at 14h30.
