The Lesotho National Development Corporation (LNDC) invites sealed tenders from locally registered and qualified consultants to provide consultancy services for succession planning and the development of an ethics and culture policy.
Objective
The objective of this assignment is to support LNDC in designing and implementing a structured succession plan and a comprehensive ethics and culture policy to strengthen organizational governance and sustainability.
Tender Document Access
Interested and eligible consultants may obtain the tender document by paying a non-refundable fee of M1,500.00 at the Finance Office, LNDC Development House, Block A, Level 6.
Submission Details
• Tenders must be deposited in the tender box located on the 1st Floor, LNDC Development House, Block A, Reception Area
• Deadline for submission: Thursday, 24 July 2025 at 10:00 AM
• Tender opening: Immediately after the submission deadline
• Late submissions will not be considered

A compulsory pre-bid session will be held on:
• Date: Friday, 11 July 2025
• Time: 10:00 AM
• Venue: LNDC Development House, Block A, Level 7, Audio Visual Room

• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
• Proof of authorized signatory
