Contract Title: Consultancy services for design of Bus-terminals at Hlotse, Mafeteng and Mohale’s Hoek.
Contract No. : 03 of 2021/2022
The Government of Lesotho through the Ministry of Local Government and Chieftainship invites eligible Consulting firms/Individual Consultants for design of Bus-terminals at Hlotse, Mafeteng and Mohale’s Hoek. The project involves conducting Feasible study (Design, Environmental Impact assessment studies) for construction of modern bus-terminals consisting of paved driveways and parking, roofed platforms/loading bays, market kiosks, office/s public toilets, aerial lightning and storm-water drainage system.
Bid documents are obtainable from Procurement office of the Ministry of Local Government and Chieftainship Moposo House, Room 5-37 Kingsway, Maseru, from the 30th July, 2021 from 08.00am to 1530hrs upon payment of a non-refundable fee of M2000.00 ( Two thousands Maloti only)
MANDATORY DOCUMENTS
All prospective bidders must attach to their bids the following documents:
- Valid Traders License certified at source
- Valid Tax Clearance certified at source
- Valid registration of Building Constructors certified at source
- Refundable Bid security of 2% of the bid price ,and
- Power of Attorney for the authorized signatory.
SITE INSPECTION
There will be a Mandatory site inspections on the 15th July, 2021 for Hlotse and the 16th July,2021 for both Mafeteng and Mohale’s Hoek. Assembly area for the pre-bid meeting shall be at Hlotse, Mafeteng and Mohale’s Hoek Bus terminals at 10.00am. It is the responsibility of the bidder to ensure its registration at the meeting
Sealed bids, original and four copies bearing no identification of the bidder clearly marked “ Consultancy services for design of Bus-terminals at Hlotse, Mafeteng and Mohale’s Hoek” should be deposited at the tender box on or before 12:30 noon on 12th August, 2021 at the Ministry’s Tender Box placed on 5th Floor, Moposo House, Kingsway, Maseru. Bids arriving after the closing time will be returned unopened. The bids will be opened publicly at 2:30 P.M. on the same day in the Boardroom of MINISTRY OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT AND CHIEFTAINSHIP at the Headquarters Building.
