Postal and Courier Services Market Assessment Study
1. Introduction
The Lesotho Communications Authority (LCA) invites interested consultancy teams or firms to submit proposals to undertake a market assessment study in the postal and courier services sector and to develop an appropriate competition management framework based on the study findings.
2. Bidder Requirements
Interested bidders must demonstrate the capacity and expertise to perform the assignment by providing:
- Qualifications and experience of key personnel.
- Description of similar assignments previously performed.
- Trade and client references relevant to the assignment.

All proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked:
