Consultancy on Competition Management Framework Review

NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

REVIEW OF THE COMPETITION MANAGEMENT FRAMEWORK

1. Lesotho Communications Authority (LCA) invites interested consultancy Teams or Firms to submit proposals to conduct a study to review the 2015 competition management framework and develop the 2022/23 Competition Management Framework for the Telecommunications industry in Lesotho.
2. All bidders must produce Covid-19 vaccination certificate to enter LCA premises. The sealed tender package marked “CONSULTANCY ON COMPETITION MANAGEMENT FRAMEWORK REVIEW” must be submitted in the tender box situated at LCA reception at First Floor on or before Friday the 22 July 2022 at 11:00 hours at LCA Offices. Late submissions will not be accepted and incomplete submissions will be disqualified.
3. Detailed RFP is available for collection at LCA reception at First Floor, Lesotho Communications Authority Building, and could also be accessed from the Authority’s website at: www.lca.org.ls.
