AUDA‑NEPAD invites Expressions of Interest from qualified individual consultants to support the implementation and management of the SADC Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) and Demographic Dividend Programme, under the Initiative for Demographic Dividend and Sexual and Reproductive Health (A2DSRH).
The consultancy aims to accelerate the implementation of the SADC SRHR Strategy (2019–2030) by strengthening health systems, advancing universal access to quality SRHR services, and supporting adolescents and young people—particularly adolescent girls and young women—across SADC Member States.
Scope of Work
The consultant will provide project coordination, implementation support, monitoring, and reporting, including:
- Development of project workplans and implementation timelines
- Monitoring programme performance through data systems and dashboards
- Preparation of progress and stakeholder reports
- Support to regional policy and technical consultative forums
- Coordination of partnerships for the operationalisation of the SADC SRHR Strategy
Duration
The assignment will be implemented over four months (90 person‑days), in close collaboration with the SADC Secretariat and AUDA‑NEPAD.
Eligibility
Interested candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, a minimum of five years’ experience in project or administrative support, and demonstrated experience working with government and international partners. Familiarity with SADC regional frameworks is an added advantage.
