1. OBJECTIVE OF CONSULTANCY
The objective of this consultancy is to facilitate a training exercise for all staff in the Lesotho Country Office on
Personal Effectiveness. The principles of the Highly Effective People are designed to help staff become more
effective and to achieve better results and outcomes.
2. TARGET GROUP
All Staff to maximize training delivery and impact across a larger number of staff in the Lesotho Country Office as
per the 2023 Staff Group training plan.
3. SCOPE OF WORK
The consultant will be expected to:
- Design and facilitate a two-personnel effectiveness training for approximately 33 participants divided into two 1-day live online sessions.
- Through the Personal Effectiveness Course of Highly Effective People, provide participants with resources to be able to:
o Assess ones own paradigms and align them to principles of effectiveness.
o Assume responsibility, focus, and act on what can be controlled and influenced.
o Define clear measures of success and create a plan to achieve them.
o Prioritize and achieve the most important goals instead of reacting to urgencies.
