The government of Lesotho with assistance from UNDP, ILO and UNICEF is implementing the Joint Programme on Economic and Financial Management Integration for the Achievement of SDGs. The aim of the joint program is to support Lesotho to establish a functional and sustainable integrated planning and PFM ecosystem that contributes to accelerated achievement of the SDGs targets and the NSDP. Within the scope of the program is the development of a Gender Responsive Integrated National Financing Framework (INFF) which is a tool that helps countries to strengthen planning processes and overcome existing impediments to financing National priorities and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) at the country level.
The inception phase of the INFF requires a Development Finance Assessment (DFA) which is undertaken to provide a snapshot of the development finance landscape of the country to determine the extent of alignment of development financing with national priorities and related limitations. The DFA Report has been finalized and UNDP is looking to engage a consultancy firm with expertise in substantive editing, graphics designing and publishing of technical reports on development issues.
