EOI – Lesotho – Individual Consultant to support the development of Government Asset Management Policy and Operating Procedural Manual/Guideline
The Government of the Kingdom of Lesotho has received financing from the African Development Fund towards the cost of the Institutional Support for the Enhancement of Public Financial Management Project (ISEP), and intends to apply part of the agreed amount for this grant to payments under the contract to develop Government Asset Management Policy and Operating Procedural Manual/Guideline.
The services included under this project are to assess and develop a Government Asset Management Policy; and Asset Management Operating Procedural Manual or Guideline. The assignment will be carried out over a period of 4 months from the date of signing the contract. The consultant will work with and report to Public Procurement Advisory Division (PPAD) of the Ministry of Finance, and the PFM Reform Secretariat in Maseru, Lesotho.
