Request for Proposals for Design
“CONSTRUCTION OF FACILITIES AT ROMA COLLEGE OF NURSING DEVELOPMENT SITE.”
Roma College of Nursing is seeking proposals from private sector (Consultants firm) development entities to deliver solutions that drive economic development, sustainability, and community well-being. The earmarked site is located at New Site of Roma College of Nursing at Roma.
Interested and eligible bidders may purchase the tender documents by paying a non[1]refundable fee of M2,000.00 (Two Thousand Maloti Only). The tender document will be available to the public from “date after site visit” at Roma College of Nursing Accounts Office.
Suitability of the bidder will be assessment through and/ or not limited to:
- Demonstrate prior design experience of minimum three (3) projects of not less than M30 million each. Bidders must attach copies of a completion certificate or similar evidence with contact details of the client. (Bidders who do not have the requisite experience will be disqualified).
- The key experts must include but not be limited to Professional Architect, Quantity Surveyor, Structural Engineer, and Electrical and Mechanical Engineer with not less than ten (10) years relevant experience.
- Ability to complete the project within twelve (12) months.
Proposal must be deposited in the tender box situated at Roma College of Nursing and soft copy of the tender documents must be emailed to [email protected] on or before 3rdMay, 2024 at 12 noon. Submissions received after the deadline will not be considered.
Bids will be opened to the public immediately thereafter.
All bids must be accompanied by a valid trader’s license, tax clearance and proof of authorized signatory.
A Compulsory site visit and pre-tender briefing will be held at new site of Roma College of Nursing at Roma on 16th April, 2024 at 2.00 pm. Any further details shall be available from the Roma College of Nursing Assistant Administrator’s Office at Roma at the above contacts as reflected on the address.
Roma College of Nursing reserves the right to cancel the tender, reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof. The institution is not bound to accept the lowest or any bid.
