1. Overview
The Government of Lesotho, through the Ministry of Local Government and Chieftainship, invites sealed bids from suitably qualified construction companies for the Construction and Development of a Borehole Water Supply for the Office of the Principal Chief of Mamathe.

Fee: M2,000.00 (Non-refundable)
3. Mandatory Requirements
All prospective bidders must attach the following documents to their bids:
- Valid Trader’s License (certified at source)
- Valid Tax Clearance Certificate (certified at source)
- Valid Registration of Building Constructors (certified at source)
- Refundable Bid Security of 1% of the bid price
- Power of Attorney for the authorized signatory
4. Site Inspection
A mandatory site inspection will be held on:
- Date: 15th September 2025
- Time: 10:30 AM
- Location: Office of the Principal Chief of Mamathe
Bidders must ensure registration at the meeting.
5. Bid Submission
Sealed bids (original + four copies), bearing no identification of the bidder and clearly marked:
“Construction and Development of a Borehole Water Supply for Office of Principal Chief of Mamathe”
must be deposited in the Tender Box located at:

Deadline: 01st October 2025 at 12:30 PM
Opening: Public bid opening at 2:30 PM on the same day
