Reporting to the Manager Billing Operations, the incumbent shall be responsible for the design and configuration of customer journeys, audience segmentation and data interrogation, as well as the application of digital marketing practices. In this role, the incumbent shall support new product implementations, serve as subject matter expert on configuration of marketing campaigns, and provide guidance for decisions related to the creation and usage of marketing using a full stack Martech platform.
Job Responsibility
- Plan, build and execute omni-channel communications, campaigns, in a flexible and timely manner
- Solid knowledge marketing best practices and compliance
- Manage set-up and configuration of data-driven campaigns ensuring deliver-ability
- Provide a problem solving campaign configuration approach
- Working with stakeholders to create and implement test strategies, including A/B multi-variant testing that maximise conversions
- Solid technical skills and expertise with logic building and workflows
- Oversee campaigns from creation to analysis and reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT or related field
- Atleast 2 years working experience in Telecommunications
- Proven Knowledge of JAVA / Python coding languages
- Proven Knowledge of PISql, MySql, MongoDB
- Proven Knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms
- Proven Knowledge of Testing Procedures (Unit Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing)
- Proven Knowledge of Linux OS
- Proven Knowledge of DevOpsSec
