U.S. Embassy Maseru seeks a qualified individual for the position of Computer Operator.
BASIC FUNCTIONS OF POSITION:
The incumbent will be under the direct supervision of the Information Systems Manager, the incumbent serves as the Local Area Network (LAN) Administrator and provides comprehensive IT support of all unclassifi ed systems to the mission. Provides on-going assistance to the end-users in troubleshooting hardware and software problems. Also, maintains the Mission Intranet website and serves as the Internet webmaster. Individually shares the responsibility for confi configuration and management of the mission’s iPhone mobile and landline telephones. The position holder will manage and inventory of all I.T. computer systems and equipment.
Starting salary:
M233,666.00 – M373,883.00 p.a. plus diplomatic holidays and other benefits.
