Duties

Under the direct supervision of the Systems Manager, the incumbent will serves as the Local Area Network (LAN) Administrator and provides comprehensive IT support of all unclassified systems to the mission. Provides on-going assistance to the end-users in troubleshooting hardware and software problems. Also, maintains the mission  Intranet website and serves as the Internet webmaster. Individually shares the responsibility for configuration and management of the mission’s iPhone mobile and landline telephones.  The Computer Operator will manage and inventory all I.T. computer systems and equipment.

Qualifications and Evaluations

Requirements:

EXPERIENCE:  Three years extensive software and hardware working experience is required.

JOB KNOWLEDGE:  Must have significant knowledge and experience in the use of PC based software, specifically, Windows 10, MS Office (Windows Applications) and Microsoft server and client.  Some knowledge of  POTS telephone systems and Web page design.Education Requirements:

Completion  of High School Diploma and technical school training in Computer Technology is required.Evaluations:

LANGUAGE:  Minimum Level 2 English for speaking/reading is required. 

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:  Must have a valid drivers’ license appropriate to vehicle (s) operated. Must know how to operate photocopying machine.

The pay plan is assigned at the time of the conditional offer letter by the HR Office.Other Information:
