Compensation Support Officer – Maseru

Summary job Purpose:
To support all compensation payment system users and ensure that all compensation and complaints-related system issues are logged, reported and addressed timeously in order to enable smooth and timely payment of the affected households and communities, as well as to propose systems and/or processes upgrades or reviews in line with the identified system’s gaps and/or LHWP changing environment.

Required Qualifications and Experience:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or ICT or equivalent, with at least five (5) years’ experience in providing support to internal customers preferably in the use of business applications. A Post graduate qualification will be an added advantage.

Essential Requirements for the Post:
Strong IT skills and ability to manipulate spreadsheets.
