WRES Senqu Bridge JV is a joint venture constituted for the execution of the Senqu Bridge project on behalf of the Lesotho Highlands Development Authority (LHDA). The project will be based on the A1 Road, at approximately 10km from Mokhotlong. The main works consist of the construction of a 16-span, continuous box girder deck constructed by the incrementally launched method, with a length of 825 meters, plus the related access roads. The expected duration of the project is 3 years.

Qualification/s and experience required
- Minimum of a Diploma in Social Sciences plus relevant experience.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative and solve complex problems.
- Capability to negotiate with and influence others
Main roles and Responsibilities
- Keeping local leadership and communities informed at regular and minute meetings about plans for the Contract and the progress of its implementation.
- Developing relationships with key networks within local communities.
- Informing local labour of their conditions of temporary employment to ensure their timeous availability
Construction sector work experience
10 years of experience of which 5 were in a similar role.
