As a Community Agent, you will help connect individuals, entrepreneurs, students, and businesses with opportunities offered through Agile Finance and its partner initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Customer and Community Engagement
- Identify individuals, entrepreneurs, students, and businesses who may benefit from Agile Finance solutions and partner programmes.
- Explain available opportunities clearly and professionally.
- Assist interested individuals with registrations, applications, and onboarding processes.
- Build strong relationships within your community and networks.
Business Growth and Programme Support
Community Agents may support initiatives involving:
- Agile Finance financial solutions.
- Business growth initiatives.
- Development programmes.
- Support programmes.
- Technology solutions and business services.
Customer Support
- Guide customers on required information and application processes.
- Follow up with interested individuals.
- Ensure submitted applications and registrations contain accurate information.
- Maintain professional communication with customers and partners.
Requirements
Applicants should have:
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, community engagement, entrepreneurship, finance, business development, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A confident personality with the ability to engage with different people.
- Good networking ability and established community connections.
- Ability to work independently and achieve results.
- A professional attitude and commitment to helping people access opportunities.
Student Agents
Agile Finance also welcomes Student Agents who want to gain practical experience while earning through commission-based opportunities.
For Student Agents:
- Previous work experience is not required.
- Strong communication skills and access to student networks are important.
- Applicants should be motivated, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Student Agents will receive guidance and support to perform their role effectively.
Commission-Based Opportunity
