Job description
The Commercial Officer will be responsible for researching and analysing market trends and competitors. Overseeing marketing campaigns. Tracking effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting findings to the General Manager .

Key responsibilities.
• Contributing in the implementation of marketing strategies.
• Organizing and attending marketing activities
or events to raise brand awareness.
• Managing and developing marketing campaigns.
• Researching and analyzing data to identify and define audiences.
• Overseeing campaigns on social media
• Manage the development, maintenance and utilization of price tools and the price authorization processes for the assigned product line.
•Evaluate market trends , results and provide analysis and recommendations to management.
• Drive promotional activities through sales and marketing channel to meet overall objectives.
•Work with product sales to review and evaluate current programs, current and future trade show events and possible advertising opportunities.
• Work collaboratively with the design team to ensure the needs of the subsidiaries
and marketplace are met for both delivery and design requirements.
• Understand competitors’ strengths and weaknesses and work with the Commercial Manager : Product Sales to develop marketing plans that will increase TMCGS’ market share value.
• To develop and execute advertising and promotional campaigns for The Group commercial activities.
• To promote advertising opportunities to external organization and businesses.
• To ensure the effective distribution of TMCG’s promotional information and materials eg social media, mailings, in print and direct contact.
•In addition to the above, to carry out any such other duties comparable in responsibility, as may be directed by the General Manager :
Commercial Services / Chief Operating Officer.

Qualifications and experience.
• Degree in Marketing or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a brand marketing environment.
• Experience in developing and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Must have experience in stakeholder management,
• Expert communicator, comfortable in setting clear channels of communication and managing expectations across multiple teams
• Must have experience in project management with proven track record of delivering work to a deadline.
• An understanding of the creative communications industry is an advantage
