It is expected that you have a good working knowledge of MS office, are able to communicate proficiently on all levels, analyse information and react positively on it.
What equips you for this role? Besides your enthusiasm, initiative and accurate record keeping ability, you will need:
- A Grade 12 qualification
- Minimum of 2 years experience in debt collection and/or relevant tertiary qualification
- Minimum 1 year supervisory experience
- Ability to work overtime and flexible shifts (Day & Night)
- NCA knowledge
