Requirements
- A relevant tertiary qualification is essential
- At least 3 years relevant working experience
- Extensive experience in a collections environment within a financial services institution in Lesotho
- Knowledge of Lesotho and general Microfinance Laws relating to financial services, particularly microlending, is essential
- A strong command of English, both written and verbal, is required
