Purpose of the Job
OK Furniture is currently sourcing a Collection Office Supervisor in order to maximise collections and manage/reduce the arrears in the Lesotho Division and meeting relevant collections targets.
The successful candidate will be responsible for minimising losses in the OF Furniture and House and Home ledgers by delegation and monitoring of the performance of the Teams. The Supervisor will also be responsible for support and training of the Teams.
Job Objectives
- Ensure highest level of customer service is maintained
- Assist Team members to ensure customers are contacted by Company mandated channels
- Ensure all relevant communications are captured on Company systems
- Review, spot check and sign off productivity reviews done by Team Leaders
- Daily monitoring of SBU performance
- Set and monitor performance goals
- Identifying fraud for handover to Tracers
Qualifications
Matric – minimum requirement
Experience
- 3-4 years Collections experience
- 1-2 years Collections Supervisor experience
Knowledge and Skills
Basic accounting practices
Advanced Office literacy
