Job Description:
The cloning lead is responsible for carrying out the day-to-day tasks of the cloning operations with a team of apprentices. This includes operating in a clean and safe environment and ensuring strict cloning and transplanting SOPs are followed. A lead will be required to work weekends if the manager is absent.
Reports to: Nursery Manager
Compensation:
This will be commensurate with the responsibility of the job. The details will be discussed with successful candidates.
Requirements:
Must have reliable transportation to and from work. It is a bonus to have previous experience working with cannabis plants, cloning, and working in a nursery environment. Must have organisational skills, dependability, and strong work ethic. Expected to work long hours and weekends to get the job done even during holidays.
