SANCA Western Cape is a Non-Profit Organisation specialising in outpatient intervention services to substance users and their families, as well as to communities. Services are rendered by a professional multi-disciplinary team to address substance use disorders with a holistic approach.
SANCA Western Cape seeks to appoint a Clinical Psychologist to be based in Western Cape.
This is a full time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (08h00 to 16h00) position.
The scope of the post is to direct clinical intervention to substance use clients with psychiatric disorders, render psycho-social prevention services, to facilitate weekly discussions with the multi-disciplinary team, conduct the supervision of one professional medical nurse, and to implement SANCA’s counselling program.

Requirements:
A Postgraduate degree in Psychology.
Registered at the Health Profession Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as a psychologist.
Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans.
A valid driver’s licence.
