ASSUMPTION OF DUTY: AS SOON AS POSSIBLE – 30 SEPTEMBER 2021
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Degree/ Diploma in Nursing
Driver’s License and own vehicle to be able to travel between offices.
Computer literacy MS office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
Good negotiating skills and be able to network
Be able to work independently
Sound knowledge of HIV/AIDS
Deadline driven
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
Establish good working relationships with facility-based care and treatments (DSP TEAMS).
Facilitate 90% or more of TX_CURR (<15 of C/ALHIV) to be offered an opportunity to enroll in OVC programme (facility-based case management of C/ALHIV)
Monitor reporting of the 90-90-90 cascade this including known HIV status, linkage and retention in treatment, viral loads for all beneficiaries.
Negotiate establishment of youth adherence clubs in the supported facilities to enhance retention in care.
Well-developed interpersonal skills and excellent patterns of communication.
HOURS OF WORK: 08:00 – 16:00
