Clientcare Risk Consultant
We are looking to hire a competent Account Executive to find business opportunities and manage customer relationships. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to gather information from clients, assessing their insurance needs and risk profile.
•Research insurance companies’ policies and negotiate with underwriters to find the most suitable insurance for your clients at the best terms.
•Arrange insurance cover for clients and submit the details to insurers.
•Ensure that your clients understand the terms and the extent of the cover provided in line with industry regulations.
•Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.
•Create detailed business plans designed to attain predetermined goals and quotas.
•Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction and to maintain the company’s reputation.
•Build and maintain ongoing relationships with your clients.
•Keep detailed records and complete administrative tasks such as paperwork and correspondence.
•Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.
•Collect insurance premiums and process accounts.
Requirements
• Any Bachelor’s degree or diploma.
• Should be able to learn within a short period.
• Basic knowledge of insurance products.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Driver’s licence is an added advantage.
• High-level negotiating skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• A business acumen.
