Key Performance Areas :
- To manage an area dedicated to the identification and assessments if customer’s needs
- To ensure that accurate, valid and complete information is provided to customers using the right methods, processes tools and behavior
- To manage resolution of products oe service problems by clarifying customers complaints ;determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting corrections and adjustments;following up to ensure resolution
- To ensure that appropriate solutions and alternatives are provided to customers within applicable turnaround times
- To manage the company reception area and switchboard
- To recommend potential products or service to management by collecting customers information and analysing their needs
- To prepare service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
- To facilitate development and maintenance of quality control standards in the area of responsibility
- To manage uppselling, cross selling and referrals
Required Qualifications
College Diploma
Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred
Minimum 5 year’s insurance experience
Experience servicing customers with life insurance products is desirable
Industry/Market knowledge
Sales Experience
Computer literate (Word, excel PowerPoint
