Job Summary

Life Division has an opening for the position of Client Services Officer at Alliance Insurance Mohale’s Hoek branch. The incumbent will be responsible for offering after-sales and policy maintenance support to Alliance clients on different touchpoints, and in accordance with Alliance’s objectives with regards to efficiency and convenience. The position reports to Branch Administrator of the respective branch.

Key Responsibility Areas
Attend to clients (walk in, over the telephone and other channels) to answer their questions, help resolve queries/problems, process refunds, claims, and make suggestions/advice regarding the purchase of our insurance products and service.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to internal and external clients by using the right methods/tools and following correct policies and procedures.
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Provides support in sales of life insurance products to existing customer base.
Compliance to internal business processes, policies, and other defined customer service standards.

Qualifications, Experience & Competencies
Diploma in Business Management or related discipline
Minimum 1 Year Experience working as a cashier or client service officer
Excellent communication skills
Customer centricity; Attention to details and Problem solving
Certificate of Proficiency in Long term Insurance will be an added advantage.
