LNDC hereby invites tenders from suitably qualified companies for the provision of CLEANING & LANDSCAPING SERVICES at the following properties for the period November 2021 to October 2023:
- LNDC Centre
- Development House
- Devcourt Flats
- Thetsane Mini
- Tikoe Industrial
- Maputsoe Commercial
- Nyenye Industrial
- Mohale’s Hoek Industrial
Tender documents for each property will be available from Monday 13th September 2021 upon payment of non-refundable fee of M1, 500.00 per document at Standard Lesotho Bank, account name Lesotho National Development Corporation, account number 9080003272679, deposit reference should be company name and receipts will be collected from the following location after making deposit at the bank:

There will be compulsory pre-bid meetings on the following dates and location:
- Wednesday 15th September 2021 at 08h30- Maseru for LNDC Centre, Development House, Devcourt Flats, Thetsane Mini and Tikoe Industrial, LNDC Block A Level 7
- Thursday 16th September 2021 at 08h30- Maseru for Maputsoe Commercial and Mohale’s Hoek Industrial LNDC Block A Level 7
*Tenderers are to arrange own transport for all site visits if they need to do visits.
The closing date for submission of tenders and opening of tenders is Thursday 30th September 2021 at 12h00.
Tenders will be opened by the LNDC Staff only due to covid19 pandemic which requires social distancing to avoid infections.
