The Intake Assistant will work under the direction of the attorney focused on specific litigation pertaining to child sexual abuse and the Child Victims Act (CVA).The position will responsible for conducting comprehensive intakes with clients regarding their experiences their first time calling in. Managing the intake of phone calls, schedule visits and follow ups with clients, maintain impeccable electronic documentation and communication with supervisor. Assist attorneys as needed and directed.
Requirements
- An understanding of and a passion for our clients in all stages, with a demonstrated commitment to civil liberties and civil rights.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- This position is remote, travel will be required for training.
- Superb organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to learn new technologies, including our intake management database system
- Ability to multitask under pressure and respond to shifting demands without sacrificing attention to detail
- AA or Bachelor degree desirable
