Job description
The Chief Operations Officer will be supporting the CEO by heading the Group overall day to day administration and operational functions by designing and implementing business operations , establishing policies that promote company culture and vision, oversee operations of organisation and the work of the executives.
Key responsibilities
- Designing, planning and implementing business strategies , plans and procedures operations.
- Set comprehensive goals for business growth and success.
- Establishing policies and procedures that promote company culture and vision.
- Overseeing operations of the company and the work of executive.
- Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures.

- Oversee daily operations of the company, its business units and executives.
- Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.
- Evaluate performance by analysing and interpreting data and metrics.
- Submission of reports to the CEO in all matters of importance.
- Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)
- Manage relationships with partners, vendors and stakeholders.
Qualifications and experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Project Management or equivalent.
- 5+ years working experience in a Senior Management role.
- MBA / MBL qualification will be an added advantage.
- In depth knowledge of project management software , tools and business process support functions.
- Hands on experience in strategic planning and business development
- Good knowledge of data analysis and KPIs.
