Job Description:
- Set up working stations with all necessary ingredients and cooking equipment
- Prepare Ingredient to use in cooking (Chopping and peeling vegetables, preparing meat etc.)
- Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
- Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
- Ensure all items and food are stored properly
- Monitor stock and place orders when there is shortage
Requirements:
- Culinary Qualification will be an added advantage
- Proven experience as a Cook/Chef
- Experience in using different cutting tools, Cookware and bakeware
- Knowledge of various cooking methods and procedures (Grilling, baking, boiling etc)
- Ability to follow all sanitation procedure
- Must reside in Hlotse
- must be aged 25 – 40
