We are looking for an experienced, forward thinking chef who has a passion for culinary arts. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader who always has their finger on the pulse of current culinary trends.
Responsibilities include:
1.Planning and directing food preparation & culinary activities
2.Coming up with dishes to add to different menus – per company standard
3. Recruit and train kitchen staff
Required Skills
2yrs experience in similar or related role
Excellent communication & organization skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Dedication to food quality and control
Proven knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation standards
